The mission of JT’s Mentor Academy for Youth is to inspire children to aspire to be great.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The goal of JT’s Mentor Academy for Youth is three-fold:
To Inspire Character by providing practical strategies on how to positively promote their brand by:
- Embracing their uniqueness.
- Adopting a set of positive character traits.
- Developing a leadership mindset.
- Seeing value in everyone.
- Displaying moral courage. (Learning how to navigate)
To Inspire Career by providing practical strategies on how to pursue their aspirations by:
- Identifying their strengths.
- Studying their chosen field.
- Practicing their craft.
- Dedicating their services.
- Refining their craft.
To Inspire Competition by providing practical strategies on how to practice their grind by:
- Developing the Olympic model mindset.
- Developing a growth mindset.
- Setting stretch goals.
- Developing a plan.
- Displaying self-discipline.
INSPIRES SERIES TRAINING CAMP
The Inspire Series Training Camp are seminars designed to introduce youth to the three foundational principles of JT’s Mentor Academy for youth.

CRITERIA FOR PARTNERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 7 TO 18.
VIRTUAL MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE FOR YOUTH
Parent/Guardian or Champion must:
- Complete a Mentoring Your Child Course
- Complete Mentor Academy Orientation
- Complete all required paper work
Youth must:
- Complete Inspire Series Training Camp
- Complete Mentor Academy Orientation
